Man have got a slight Nigerian accent. Hopefully as he says knows the Nigerian local content as this is a very risky project. Also didn't hear any social housing in this interview. In the UK this is always mandatory when a private developer builds residential homes for commercial gain, a small percent of the developers land is used for this otherwise the local authority declines approval for the project.. This project reminds of Canary Wharf in the UK. Hope ethics plays a part in all of this and the poor are just not ignored. If this could be done why do we still have eye sores on Lagos mainland.
